Antarctica is the coldest place on Earth! It does not get a lot of rain or snow. But it has a lot of frozen fresh water! Almost all of Antarctica is covered in ice.
No human lives in Antarctica for the whole year. It is too cold. But some animals live in Antarctica. Whales, seals, and penguins live on Antarctica’s coast.
Scientists are still learning about Antarctica. It is a mysterious, frozen wonderland!
