Some people can do flips off a diving board! These people are called divers.
A diving board hangs above a pool. Divers climb up a ladder to get to the diving board. They bounce on the diving board. Then, they jump off the board!
When they jump, they do flips and turns. Sometimes, they dive off the board backwards! Divers try not to make big splashes when they hit the water. Then, judges score them. Judges see how well divers flip. They also judge on how well divers land in the water.
